- Paul Martin Remfry is a 46 year old self-employed computer consultant and historian. He took his master’s degree at Aberystwyth university in 1989 and has written extensively about castles, battles and the economics of their day and has sixteen books and over fifty booklets and articles published. Other interests include exploring wild and remote areas of Britain and Europe and photographing natural and military history. His father was a successful county councillor who instilled his keen interest in politics through the ages. He is currently active in many historical enterprises and is standing for public office for the first time.
